I only drink fruit juice....lol

Did you know that Fruit juice is not as healthy as we are led to believe

Fruit in general is good for you

take an orange
eat it
all good

but if u take the same orange and squeeze it such that u can drink it. The Glycemic Index virtually double because the chemical composition has changed.
This is not good for people whose insulin levels need to be kept in check
